We offer complete training and consulting for Sage Master Builder.  As a Master Trainer and Master Builder Consultant for over 20 years, we understand every aspect of the program.  From implementation, to troubleshooting to clean-up, The ShinerGroup is fast and accurate. We help you use your program to provide the full construction management tools that you need.

Accounting Consulting

We serve as liaison between the office manager/bookkeeper/administrative assistant and the CPA.  We act as outside Controller for small businesses, providing accounting and financial management required to run the firm.  The ShinerGroup can oversee bookkeepers in individual offices, train staff on accounting procedures.  Services include a review and analysis or your financial statements.  We work with owners and managers to assist in project management from a financial perspective.

Computer Consulting

We analyze offices to determine your computerization needs and make recommendations for software and hardware purchases.  The ShinerGroup provides computer training for accounting software packages.  We install and train on several spreadsheet packages, word processing programs, project management systems, communication programs and other general utility and operating systems.  As a Certified Sage Consultant and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we provide installation and training for the Sage Master Builder and QuickBooks software packages.
