We serve as liaison between the office manager/bookkeeper/administrative assistant and the CPA. We act as outside Controller for small businesses, providing accounting and financial management required to run the firm. The Shiner Group can oversee bookkeepers in individual offices, train staff on accounting procedures. Services include a review and analysis or your financial statements. We work with owners and managers to assist in project management from a financial perspective.
We analyze offices to determine your computerization needs and make recommendations for software and hardware purchases. The ShinerGroup provides computer training for accounting software packages. We install and train on several spreadsheet packages, word processing programs, project management systems, communication programs and other general utility and operating systems. As a Certified Sage Consultant and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we provide installation and training for the Sage 100 Contractor and QuickBooks software packages.
